ABOUT
From exploring the forests in his native Finland to watching the sun come up from Bill Baggs State Park on a morning ride, Vesa Parviainen sources his inspiration in the tranquility of life. After working in fast-paced, European Michelin-star restaurants, including his own, Vesa is now based in Miami where he shares his love for chocolate with his sons and the community.
Vesa Parvianen (Helsinki, 1978) is the founder of Fin & Sons. He has forged his career working at Michelin-star restaurants like Chez Dominique and Postres (Helsinki, Finland), and Arzak (San Sebastian, Spain). He then became one of the pioneers of bean to bar chocolate in the United States helping develop Mast Brothers Chocolate (Brooklyn, USA). Finally settling in Coral Gables to raise his family, Vesa has recently launched Fin & Sons, the culmination of a culinary journey that spans twenty-five years, and his most personal project.
CHOCOLATES
We make small-batch chocolate bars, truffles, and ganaches with the high quality chocolates from Barry Callebaut. Our flavors mix traditional tastes with bold Nordic ingredients and spices.
PASTRIES & PRALINES
Our cookies, cakes and pastries are baked daily to ensure the best quality and fresh flavors. Our praline spreads are stone ground to perfection and will make a perfect companion with your morning toast.
ICE CREAMS
Fin & Sons ice creams are made using the best, freshest ingredients from local Florida farms.

We deliver orders for a $5 delivery fee in Coral Gables, South Miami, and Coconut Grove (Zip Codes 33133, 33134, 33143, 33146, 33155).
Orders from outside these areas must be picked up at our location at 700 Mendoza Avenue at a pick up time shown below.
Pick Up time: Fridays between 4pm -7pm
Delivery day: Fridays between 10am-3pm
